I have always thought that mobile homes were a bit trashy and ugly and were big fire traps. I guess that may be true with the ones I remember from being a kid, but my sister just bought one and it is one of the loveliest little homes I have ever been in. It is modern and trendy and has way more room than my apartment does. As for the fire trap, I hear they have come a long way in that matter as well.
She is so excited and I am excited for her. I still rent and have to admit that when I saw the place, I was more than a little bit envious. She sat with me and patiently explained the whole process she went through to get a manufactured home mortgage loan, and I didn’t even get bored.
She wanted a loan with no PMI and I think that is what she ended up with. She is trying to convince me to do the same thing and I am actually considering. I would end up paying quite a bit less than I do for my rent right now. I guess I need to make an appointment to talk to someone about it. Only time will tell.
I have been surfing around the web to find some new technology that may find its’ way into your life really soon. I found a couple worth mentioning, so take a read.
Do you have a mobile phone? Well quite a few people do (okay, lots of people) and it pretty much goes with them wherever they go. Quite often, if you are popular, you may find that the standard phone book or text message box is not quite big enough for you. Fear not, as there have been some SIM applications that have been developed that solve these problems. If you have a GSM phone, it can be as simple as talking to your mobile phone provider, and they can upgrade your SIM chip for you.
Another cool thing on the horizon is the ability to use your computer as a point of sale terminal, similar to what you would use for payment in a store. Thanks to the newer smart card encoding techniques used on bank and credit cards, you will be able to use chip card readers hooked directly to your computer to secure your online purchases. No more punching in a credit card and risk your number being stolen, but instead, your transactions would be just as secure as shopping in a brick and mortar store.
I take Biotek Ephedrine to control my asthma symptoms. It has worked well for me and I love that I don’t have to see the doctor for prescriptions every time I need to replenish my medications. I am pleased with the results I get with the over-the-counter drug that I use.
I first heard about Ephedrine for asthma from a friend last spring. She had been using it for awhile and she said it was more under control than it ever was when she was on daily doses of prescription medication.
I decided that I needed to buy Ephedrine and try it out to see if it would work as well for me. I occasionally still need to use my Ventolin, but am not on anything else. I would recommend that anyone try it for their asthma. They should, though, always talk to their doctor first, and make sure he thinks it is okay for them to try.
I have been driving limousines in New York City for years and I have had a lot of great experiences and met many famous people. I would not trade in my career for anything, although I am almost ready to be finished. I have put a good part of my life into it and I will always look back at it fondly, but I am ready to enjoy my grandchildren, even if they are not wealthy and famous. NYC limo rental does very well and it will continue to do so without me, despite what my boss thinks.
New York Limousine Rental is a good business to be in and if I had the time and energy, I would invest in such a company myself. But, like I said, I am ready to be done. That means with the whole business. I have saved more than enough to do whatever I like during my retirement years and I am sure my wife and I will do a lot together and get to know each other once again.
Much to my boss’s dismay, I plan to be long gone before the month of Prom Limousine New York. It is the craziest time and we are all exhausted by the end of it. You meet some really nice kids, but the majority of them are spoiled rich kids that get so drunk, that we end up babysitting them all night. I am definitely ready to be done with that.
My mother was recently diagnosed with Diabetes. Since she is retired, she lives on a low fixed income. Now, what concerns me the most is whether or not the amount of money she receives each month will be enough to cover her medical needs with her new disease.
If you look at some of the pamphlets in the doctor’s office, it sure is scary. Most of them suggest that the average person with Diabetes needs at least $13,000 per year be able to afford the necessary equipment and drugs to control the disease. That would be over half her income - which is not good.
I was reading through a brochure there and found out that her Medicare Part B coverage will help with some of the expenses, but it won’t be enough. We will have to find some sort of Medicare supplement that will pay for the rest of her bills - it won’t take long for her to use her savings up based on the amount of money she will be spending.
It was really nice that the doctor was able to give her a free diabetes testing kit to start out, it is one thing that she won’t have to buy. I am so thankful that she has medicare coverage - if she didn’t I don’t know what we would do.
I can’t complain a lot about my job. It is great, with good perks and in all honesty it is fun. The boss isn’t too bad either and really makes the job fun.
But what I really like the most about our work is lunchtime - it is the "fun-est" part of the day. You see, each day, we have competitions to see who is the best at a selection of online games.
Last week, we were all competing for the best casino games player. I won at poker, but didn’t do so well at roulette. By the end of the week, there was a tie between three of us workers. This week, we decided that it would be the tie breaker.
I am definitely looking forward to the challenge. You see, we will be playing a little Donkey Kong and Sonic. These classic games I played as a kid, and as long as I am not too rusty, it should be okay. We’ll just have to see how good my competitors are.
I just can’t wait until Monday’s lunchtime - that is when the fun for the week begins.
I am a single mom in Las Vegas and I have to admit that I work way too much and still don’t bring home enough pay. My kids are wonderful and have accepted their situation with thankful hearts and much love for me. I was recently promoted and given a nice bonus at work and I wanted to do something nice for my kids.
My boss heard about this and told me he could get me some hefty Las Vegas hotel discounts if I wanted to just get away with them for a weekend. I was so thankful and he told me to look for Circus Circus offer codes and Mandalay Bay Discounts online. He was sure that these were good places to go with kids.
After checking both of them out, I decided that the Circus Circus Las Vegas was a better choice.
I found that I could get coupons for the amusement park and a comedy show for free, if I booked for three nights. Three nights was a bit much for my budget, so I declined. The next day, when I got to work, there was an envelope on my desk containing vouchers for the Circus Circus Las Vegas and coupons for the amusement park and a comedy show. Isn’t my boss great?
My wife has had flat feet for the whole time I have known here (okay, they have been flat her whole life..) and she has had terrible luck finding shoes. The biggest problem for her is that the arches in the shoes hurt her feet because of her lack of arches (flat feet). Sure, we could buy specialty shoes, but that would really not fit our budget.
One day while out shopping, we passed a Croc shoes store. We talked to the clerk about our problem and she told us that Crocs were perfect for people with flat feet. My wife decided to try a pair on to see it for herself. I knew the moment that she stood up with a smile on her face that we had found the right shoes for her. We purchased some all terrain Crocs and went home to try them out.
Now, a few weeks later, my wife is happier than ever. We can go out for long walks without her having any foot pain. She enjoys leaving her house and her freedom from foot pain.
Even though most of us haven’t used the Internet for a very long amount of time (in comparison to our age), I cannot think of how we survived without it. This is especially evident in terms of my finances.
I really used to hate going to the bank to apply for a loan, or take my money to deposit at a teller. Long lines, and few tellers usually made my experience mediocre at best. I can remember applying for home equity loans twice where I waited for an hour to see a loans officer, only to be told an hour later that they were sick and had not come to work.
But thankfully, I don’t have to waste my life in line anymore. In fact, just this past week, I applied for payday loans online and requested some information for a debt consolidation program. There were no lines, no hassles, and I did them both after midnight in my pajamas.
Do I like the convenience the Internet provides me in regards to my finances? You bet. In fact, if they were to get rid of the brick and mortar banks, and just put everything online, that would be perfect for me.
I was able to sit in on the brainstorming session to determine what we needed in a business software solution for our company. You see, we wanted the software to do everything from controlling our ecommerce website to replacing the recruitment firm that we use. We really needed it to do pretty much everything - but we had to make our requirements a little more specific.
We determined that website control was essential for the software. It would interface with our inventory control module to be able to only offer products we had in stock. We also needed the software to pre-qualify potential candidates through their resume that they would submit to our site.
There has also been some talk about how we can get rid of our HR consultant and depend on the software to distribute training materials and take care of payroll. Not only would this save us money by eliminating another expense, but it would give us customizable reports such as being able to compare our sales to our payroll expenses.
The programmers were taking notes and are going to be getting back to us in a couple of weeks with a working prototype. It will be neat to see what the finished product looks like.
