Sometimes I like to think back to when I was young and the decisions I made that got me to where I am today. As a teenager, I didn’t have much academic ambition, but I did have drive and determination when it came to something that I really wanted.

I knew, by sixteen years old that I wanted to be a real estate agent. My uncle got his license and I saw how successful he became in a very short time. I was determined to do just that and that day he became my mentor. I would spend all of my spare time with him, asking him questions and quietly observing his every move when it came to selling houses.

I also quickly learned that I would have to move elsewhere if I was going to make it big, because otherwise I would be competing with the man who was God in my eyes. I started taking an interest in Greenville, SC real estate. I went in once I got my license and took the city by storm. Yes, that is how I got to where I am today.
