Checking out website ratings, one will not be surprised at which sites are in the top ten. We all know that we will find Google and Yahoo, but it is interesting to check out some of the site movement. If you follow this, you will definitely notice patterns and trends.

There are a lot of fun websites that make it into the top ten as well, By this, I mean, half of them are probably social media sites, like Facebook and MySpace. This tells you that the online world is not full of just people who want to equip themselves with knowledge, but of people who just want to have a good time.

I have to admit that some of these so-called fun sites can definitely be found in the bookmarks on my own computer. I do tend to follow a lot of the fads and trends of the online world, but I am also a curious person and use the net to power that curiosity.

The Internet buzz is a great thing today. Fifteen years ago, most people did not own a computer and many would not even know what the Internet was. Now, most families in North America average two computers per home, and it is almost not heard of to not have Internet access in your house. We have sure come a long way.

I am proud to say that I am a Bronx traffic violation lawyer. I have lived in the Bronx my whole life and I couldn’t be more proud of where I came from and where I ended up. I can honestly say that I have not heard of too many lawyers coming from the Bronx.

Most of the people I went to law school with ended up being Manhattan traffic violation attorneys. They all thought that was more in their league than going to the Bronx. I had to disagree. To me this was home and where I belonged. I also thought it was ok that they did not want to be here, as I would have less competition.

In the end, we are all NYC traffic violation attorneys and can work out of any jurisdiction that we want to. I am still very good friends with some of them and I do occasionally work with some of them right here in the Bronx.

My brother was nice enough this past year to buy me a birthday present and actually give it to me.  You see, he is really not that reliable and has been know to say he bought a present for you, when he really didn’t. 

This year was a little different too in the fact that my brother won a bit of money in the lottery – so he was buying everyone nice presents.  He was nice enough to get me one of those Rolex watches that you see on television.  Not only was it one of the nicest watches, but one of the most expensive ones you can get, right?

Well… I thought he bought me a good present until a few months later.  You see, the battery died in the watch so I went to the jeweler to get it changed.  During my talk with the jeweler, he commented that I had one of the better quality replica watches that he had seen.  A replica?

Turns out that he bought me one of the common Rolex replicas that are on the market…  So much for him being any more generous than he normally is.  Now, I am just mad.

A couple of years ago, we had the unfortunate experience of having a house fire.  We lost everything and thankfully we had insurance to pay for most of what we lost.  Unfortunately for us, we didn’t have enough coverage to replace all of our jewelry, so we had to make some decisions on how to replace what we lost.

I got a letter in the mail today all about my investments over the past year and how they were doing. I was quite surprised to see that I was losing money in a fair number of them and have decided that I am going to keep a much closer eye on what my money is doing or not doing for me.

I was hoping to gain some real profits from my investments this year, but sadly, I was wrong. I never took control of my finances myself; I just always listened to what others told me to do. Up to this point, it had always worked.

I made up my mind to learn the different profit systems, and learn what my investments were doing. I was not even sure where half of my money was invested. I know this is not a good financial decision.

I am starting to keep up on business reviews so that I, myself, can decide which businesses I need to invest my money with. I am hoping that when my letter comes next year, I won’t be surprised. I hope I know exactly what it will say.

I was planning a big yard sale with my neighbor to take place during the long weekend in August. We did a free search online in the archives of the local newspaper to see what kind of wording people usually used for their ads. We wanted ours to stand out.

We did a free search on the Internet for creative ideas used to advertise a yard sale. We came up with some doozies, as well as some humorous ones and some practical ones, all of which would get people wanting to come out.

We used various kinds of digital media to make signs and advertisements and it was going really great. We were both excited and knew the turnout would be great. I was stoked and so was she.

It wasn’t until a few weeks before the sale when I ran into my biggest problem. The ads were out, the signs were up, and we had rented tables and got a cash float. It was all ready to go, when I realized that I had nothing for sale.

I don’t know about you, but sometimes the lives of celebrities interests me.  I know that we idolize them to some extent, but I find that reading the latest net gossip is a great way for me to keep up with their lives – kind of like keeping up with the life of your friend.

Sure, I use the Internet for other things too like reading entertainment reviews and getting the reviews on the latest movies, but really, what else is there to do online?  Besides, I don’t think that if I were to put up a site about my life, anyone would show any interest.

But, when it comes to celebrities many people show interest.  In fact, you can share what you think at ratingzone when it comes to celebrities, music, movies, and pretty much anything else.  In fact, I would say that this site allows me to do my favorite thing online – share my opinions and ideas.

If you have ever taken the time to watch a television infomercial than you know all about consumer reviews. Though the reviews always seem a bit fake and acted out, many are quite legit and they are real consumers.

They are just people giving you product reviews and the reason it seems fake is because they only show you the good reviews. When you are trying to sell a product to the public, you are not going to air the bad reviews on your television commercial.

It is the same when doing website reviews. Only the positive reviews are going to be shown, as the negative reviews would put the website in the wrong king of light.

As long as we have advertising, on television or on the net, we will always mostly hear the good news and opinions of a product or service. That is the way it has always been and the way it will always be.

If you are looking at promoting a website, I suggest you take a look at article sites. It is a very effective and low cost way of getting your site known to others. I have been using these for awhile and I am happy with the service I receive.

When I was having troubles with my site, I contacted my website advisor for help and he was quick to get me up and running again. Even though it may seem like you are being a pain, that is what the advisor is there for.

I have also been doing a lot of keyword research lately. I have been listing many keywords, in hopes of getting better traffic to my site. I don’t really have the numbers at this point, as to whether it is making a difference, but I am sure it will.

I also am paying someone who is offering me SEO services. That has definitely increased my traffic. I am starting to really make money and am happy that there are so many different promotional services out there for people like me.

As a mortgage broker, I spend my days approving or not approving mortgage loans. It is a very sad part of my job when I have to say no to potential clients, but it is part of my job, nonetheless. For the most part, my job is ok and the people that I make happy more than make up for the ones that I disappoint.

Another part of my job is finding mortgage leads. I look for bank foreclosures and homes that are good starter homes. It helps my clients know what they are looking for and what price range we can work with.

The best real estate place is the Internet. You can find homes for sale almost anywhere just by going online and searching the area in which you are looking. That is where I start when I am sitting with my clients. When it comes down to it though, it is not my job to find the property, just to approve the mortgage, but I like to go the extra mile to get them started.

One of the easiest parts of my job is to approve FHA loans. These are usually the ones that get approved the fastest and it makes my job a whole lot easier.
