An estate sale can be a part of the executor’s duties when going through the will.  It is also an opportunity to find good deals and treasures on many things.

I have been going to estate sales for the past few years to look for strange, and resalable items.  Sometimes you can find a good deal on furniture, or some other sort of collectible.  You can also find people paying too much for the items that are on sale, because most people do not have the right idea of their value.

Today, I was at an estate sale that had something unique that caught my eye.  Strangely, there was a Banksy Gangster Rat that was on sale and I had to bid on it.  Thankfully, it turned out that no one realized the value of the piece, and I was able to get it at a bargain.

It turned out to be a good day to be out at estate sales, I hope it is the same next weekend.
