It doesn’t take a lot of time to create a website.  In fact, with all the software packages available on the market, anyone that wants to can create their own site.

But the point that most people get stumped on is what to do after the site is online.  Most people just expect that people will visit the site automatically once it is online.  But they forget the most important thing: website promotion.

Without any type of marketing, no one will be able to find their website.  Even something as simple as listing your site in web directories, blogging about it, or posting a link on your Facebook page will get some traffic and rankings in the search engines.

Once the marketing has started and your site starts to get indexed by the search engines, things will go smoothly – at least that is how I achieved the level of success that I have with my sites.
