After creating a number of fairly successful businesses, I decided that it was time to try something new.  As an entrepreneur, I’m always looking for new ways to make a dollar and I had noticed for a long time that something was missing in Australia.

After talking to a number business owners, I found they were having problems filling their listings for administration jobs and HR jobs as there were no places that they could list their vacant positions and you get any kind of predictable results.

I know that you can argue that the whole hiring processes isn’t very predictable, but if I was able to provide fellow business owners with a venue in which to list their ads for jobs in Australia, I would be able to fulfill the needs of many companies and future employees all at one time.

As it turns out, the website was a resounding success and it has become one of the most popular job search websites in all of Australia.
