The Secret to Making Good Coffee

Posted By Admin on October 10, 2008 @ 9:19 am

I finally had the opportunity to attend a wedding this year and it was great. It was my brother’s wedding so I had plenty of opportunity to visit with relatives, eat good food and have some wonderful coffee.

In fact, the coffee was so good that I had to ask the caterer what the secret was to making their coffee taste so good. She simply said:

"We only use the best coffee pot and best coffee maker money can buy Sir."

Since the secret to making the best coffee really wasn’t much of a secret at all, I thought that I would try to duplicate the excellent coffee in my own home. Since I already knew the brand that made the best coffee makers, it was a rather short shopping trip.

Needless to say, I have the most amazing cup of coffee each and every morning.

She Loves Weddings

For the past few years, my wife has worked at a wedding supply store.  She loves to meet all of the women that come into her store so excited to be on the verge of getting married. She loves the magic found at that stage of life.

She especially loves those couples that decide to do something a little out of the ordinary. Even something as simple as ordering a custom aisle runner just shows that they are trying to express themselves at their wedding.

The store carries a large selection of custom aisle runners for their customers as well as one style of plain aisle runner for those customers without any creativity.

Someday I hope to get my wife the wedding of her dreams since we weren’t able to do that the first time around – I bet she will love that.

Off to School

I decided recently that it was time that I do something for myself for a change.  You see, for the past ten years, I have been working odd jobs to support our family while my husband was in school.  This meant that I had to give up my dreams and put them on hold while he was attending school as we needed to keep food on the table.

But now that he has finished his degree and is working as a doctor, it is my turn to go back to school.  I had originally had wanted to attend hair school, but I think that I deserve better than that now.

So, I have been looking for the best beauty school or beauty academy that is within driving distance of our home.  There are a couple, and I have been doing my research online to find the best one out of them.

Though I am excited to go to school, I am a bit worried – it has been over ten years now since I attended classes – I hope I can handle the workload.
