These manufacturers are creating a fortune selling pieces of equipment that don’t even do the job they are intended for.
The infomercials that you see on all the shopping channels have models with toned stomachs using the equipment to show the results you’ll get. The problem is, these models had their flat, toned abs previous to using the apparatus they’re using.
You can use every piece of equipment ever created to flatten your belly, but if you retain a coating of fat over your stomach then you’ll never have a washboard set of abs. There’s a lot more to getting a six pack stomach than spending hours on a useless piece of equipment to tone muscles that you already possess.
These companies lead you to believe that you don’t already have muscles on your stomach, when actually, everyone does. All you need to do is drop the fat on your abdomen and then your toned abdomen will be exposed. Doing 20 minutes a day on their equipment won’t expose your abs any more than they are now.

A hundred crunches every day won’t get you a six pack if you’re in possession of a layer of fat on your belly.
